Backyard Summer Fun

When your face and entire body 

looks like this...

and you have had an awful

reaction to the MMR Vaccine...

and you have been sick for days...

and you are covered in a rash...

You can't exactly go anywhere!
Since there was no pool in our future
we made our own little Baby Club Med
in the backyard!

We splashed....

We lounged....

We smiled...

He squealed in delight at his big brother...

They played in the pool...

He was happy to be outside...

He was feeling a little better!
So even though we couldn't
be out and about...
even though he was covered
in a head to toe rash that looked
like the mumps....
even though he had a fever that
went on for weeks...
we still had fun on this beautiful
June morning!!
