He is into everything!!!

I was trying to clean this afternoon and when I turned my back he was gone! I looked everywhere except the bathroom. There he was in the tub still wearing his jammies! The toys in the tub still had water in them from his bath the night before. I thought about taking him out but he was having to much fun. This was too funny to stop.

Christmas Morning

This was a fantastic Christmas morning! Owen was so excited to see his new kitchen set! It was so much fun to see him opening his presents. He must have been a good boy this year because Santa was very good to him!
Look what Santa left me!
Does anyone want some coffee?

Mommy thinks this kitchen is bigger than the one we had in New York!

Santa sure brings great presents. I should have been nicer to him!

I can't believe Santa left all this in my stocking!

Here's your christmas present mommy!

Look at my new kitchen!! Bad Santa Sorry you are sick on Christmas mommy!

Christmas Eve

We celebrated Christmas Eve with tons of family. We made our usual 2 stops and enjoyed yummy food and great company. Owen had so much fun playing with all of his cousins! He even managed to open a few presents.

On the road again

Owen looked so cute riding in the backseat while we were driving to Maryland for Christmas. He looked so big! It's crazy to think that last year he was only 3 months old and soooo tiny!

Santa Round 2

Round 2 with Santa went a little better than the first. However James and I both ruined Christmas for the rest of the little tots waiting for their turn. We announced that it was NOT the same Santa from last year! Oooops! We forget that other kids can understand. I don't think anyone was really paying attention. We didn't get any dirty looks from the other parents. Owen had a lot of fun waiting in line with his dad and eating his pretzel.

Here dad... want a pretzel?
Here's some for you mommy!

Holiday Party with daddy

Owen and I went to the holiday party at James' office today. Owen had a great time meeting his dads co workers. He thought it was a little too quiet so he decided to let everyone know he was there. There were a lot of fun office things for him to play with. He mostly liked spending time with his dad... and the pizza!!

Owen is preparing to dig into his pizza!

MMMM Tastes GOOD!

All was well until it was time to see SANTA.......
I don't think so mom! That guy looks sketchy!
Are you kidding me mom? Is there going to be pizza involved in this?Nothing like a little Christmas spirit to terrorize your childSanta all I want for Christmas is to get away from you!
Maybe next year you won't scare me!

After the great Santa debacle of 2008 Owen wanted to help his dad sort through all of his email. I need this done NOW!!!

Work is tough! I need some coffee!

Who needs toys?

Owen proves that toddlers would rather have the box that they toys come in. He had hours of fun playing in this box. It was really cute watching him play!

A very busy day!

Owen and I had a ton of things on our agenda today! Our first stop was off for some fun at Booda Beans with friends Jonathan and Emily. Owen really enjoyed going to Jammin Babyclass. He loved doing his best Ricky Ricardo by banging on the bongos. We will definitely do this class again!!
Then we went to get his second haircut. This time it went a little better. I asked the lady not to spray him with the mist bottle and he seemed to like that. He also seemed to like the grape lollipop that she gave him to keep him quiet. When James came home from work it was time for a little dinner!

Then he had to help daddy put up some Christmas decorations. Our poor little Christmas tree we had in New York was so tiny in our new house. Next year we will have a bigger one : ) Owen enjoyed helping James hang the lights on the tree and taking off the ornaments as we put them on. He is such a helper!
